More projects

It would seem as if I have more on my "to do" list than I am actually able to do!

Today I spent a good chunk of the day crocheting some wool longies/pants for Emmaline. Well, rather I worked on them until I ran out of yarn! I went to the store to get more, however they were out too and had to order it. So I'll have to wait to finish the longies some other day. It's alright though, because I'm planning on giving them to her for her birthday. Hopefully it will be cold enough by then for her to need to wear them. I had thought about making it a Christmas present, but then decided that it would be nice if she would get to wear them while we are visiting all the family in NC and OH.

I've also been working on a Christmas gift for Adrianne and Riley, as well as their cousin, Madison.

In between all the gift making, there was of course school and laundry that needed to be done, as well as several other things around the house. And Emmaline flat out REFUSED to take a nap today, which did make it harder to juggle things. Usually I try to get in some school time while Emmaline is down for a nap. It's just easier for me when I am able to concentrate on teaching the girls their lessons and if I'm not having to stop every three minutes to see what Emmaline has put into her mouth or where she has crawled off to.

Tomorrow will be another full day. There are already several errands the girls and I need to run, including going to the library to pick up a new chapter book to read at night. I also really need to start working on the girls Halloween costumes.

So much to do....
