Playdate

We had a very good weekend. On Sunday night, we had Aria over to spend the night at our house. The girls were pretty good until it came time to go to bed. Then they just all wanted to talk all night! I think they all finally conked out around 11!

Yesterday was Matt's 27th birthday. He's getting to be SUCH an OLD MAN! (HA!) He had a good birthday. We had several friends come over and play games, and I fixed a blondie in lieu of birthday cake.

Today the girls and I had a fun day. We were invited over to a lady's house who goes to our church. She had also invited over another lady with her two little girls, ages 5 and 3. Our girls all had such a fun time playing together, and I had a good time visiting with the other grown-ups.

Thankfully, since we were gone for a large chunk of the day, Matt got some time to chill out by himself. He is SUCH a good father and husband, however, I know it's been hard on him having to be around the house and dealing with the kids ALL day long, everyday. I know that he appreciated having some alone time!
