Our Visitors

There hasn't been a whole lot going on, but recently we have some new house guests.

It all started one morning as I looked out our front door window and saw this:

The Doubtful Guest

I thought this little birdie was just resting on our light outside. But he kept hanging around so I began to suspect that this bird was trying to build a nest on the light. When Matt got home I told him about the bird and he told me that the bird had already built a nest above the window next to our front door. It's a very nice little nest and I hope the birdies will be very happy there.

Tonight, we had some friends over for dinner and as they were leaving we looked up and saw our little friends perched in their nest. They look so comfy! I hope that they enjoy their little home and the girls and I are looking forward to all the little birdies that will soon appear.
