Ho-Hum Days

Getting used to a new city is never easy.

For the most part, I lead a very boring life. There are many days where I don't even make it out of the house. But that never seems to stop my girls. They are always inventing games, chasing each other around, singing songs and making up stories. Life is just one huge game for them. It's wonderful to have children with such lively imaginations.

The weather here is so beautiful and the girls LOVE to go play out on the playground. It's like our own personal playground and is so close that we walk to it. Only the people who live in the neighborhood are allowed to use the playground. So far, every time we go down to play, they have made a new friend. That has been our usual escape.

I sure hope that at some point I get up the courage to venture a little further away from the house!
